DEAF Accounts: Following is the list of customers whose account balances have been transferred to DEAF Account maintained by Reserve Bank Of India. Customers who wish to claim, may follow the following claim process.
Process of Claim: Customer who wish to claim back funds from his account, must fulfill the Re-KYC Process by submitting any of the following Officially valid documents listed below to the respective Branch Manager either by visiting the Branch or by sending a mail to the Branch e-Mail ID and may take out the money or continue operating your account with Bank.
Officially Valid Documents: Passport Copy, Voter ID, AADHAR, Driving License, PAN Card and Present Address Proof.
Activation of Inoperative Accounts
Subject to updation of KYC records, customers can activate their inoperative accounts.
